Industrial biotechnology holds huge potential for transforming how we make and manufacture everything from fuels to medicines, to everyday goods. The government recognises this potential and put in place its national vision for engineering biology which IBIC is supporting at a regional level by facilitating research, innovation and scale-up within the north-west.
By bringing the community together at the conference, we hope to provide you with new insights and knowledge into the north-west’s bioeconomy and how we can capitalise on the region’s unique position as a higher education and manufacturing powerhouse.
